Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Miaoew Tours. By booking a trip with us, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Miaoew Tours and the Client regarding K-Pop concert tours and travel services.

1. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is only confirmed once the full payment (or a specified deposit) has been received and a confirmation invoice has been issued by Miaoew Tours.

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate information (name as per passport, contact details, etc.) at the time of booking.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

All services provided by Miaoew Tours—including but not limited to concert tickets, flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, and local transfers—are 100% non-refundable.

  • If a Client cancels their trip for any reason, no refund will be issued.

  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, visa denials, or changes in work schedules.

3. Non-Transferable & Non-Reroutable

  • Non-Transferable: Bookings are made specifically in the name provided at the time of purchase. Tickets and travel packages cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Non-Reroutable: For packages including transportation, the route and carrier are fixed. Changes to the travel path or destination are not permitted.

  • Non-Exchangeable: Services cannot be swapped for different dates, concerts, or tour packages.

4. Exceptions and Extra Fees

The only exception to the "Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, Non-Reroutable, and Non-Exchangeable" policy is at the sole discretion of Miaoew Tours and is subject to:

  1. Third-Party Approval: The airline, hotel, or event promoter must allow the change.

  2. Administration Fee: A mandatory processing fee (to be specified at the time of request) will be charged by Miaoew Tours for any modification.

  3. Difference in Cost: The Client must pay any increase in price between the original booking and the new requested service.

5. Concert Cancellations and Postponements

  • Miaoew Tours acts as an intermediary between the Client and the event organizers.

  • In the event a K-Pop concert is canceled by the promoter, Miaoew Tours will follow the refund policy of the specific promoter. Please note that service fees, booking fees, and travel costs (flights/hotels) may still remain non-refundable.

  • If a concert is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. Miaoew Tours is not liable for any additional travel costs incurred due to rescheduling.

6. Travel Insurance

Because of our strict non-refundable policy, Miaoew Tours strongly recommends that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage and protection for event cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miaoew Tours is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or illness during the tour.

  • Loss or damage to personal luggage or property.

  • Changes to concert lineups, setlists, or fan engagement benefits (hi-touch, soundcheck, etc.) as determined by the artist’s management.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by "Force Majeure" (weather, strikes, pandemics, or government action).

8. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase with Miaoew Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, specifically the non-refundable and non-transferable nature of the services provided.
