Day One

Arrive & Meet

24 June – Arrival Day

• Arrival at Madrid Airport (MAD)

• Meet & greet with tour leaders

• Private group transfer to hotel

Day Two

Arrive & Meet

25 June – Madrid Experience Day

Date: 24th June 2026

09:15 – Pick up at the hotel

09:30 – 13:30 - Private Guided Madrid Highlights Tour • Puerta de Alcalá • Retiro Park (photo stop) • Gran Vía • Plaza Mayor • Royal Palace (exterior) • Temple of Debod (viewpoint stop)

13:30 – 15:00 Plaza Mayor / Mercado de San Miguel

15:00 – 17:30 Free time for shopping, etc.

18:00 - Meeting with your assistant for Flamenco accompaniment (SCHEDULE TO BE RECONFIRMED)

18:30 – 20:00 Flamenco Show - Traditional flamenco show with one drink included

20:30 –Return transfer to hotel.

Day Three

26 June – Concert Day

Venue: Riyadh Air Metropolitano


Morning – Free time / Rest


12:30 – Early Transfer (Merch Group)

Departure for venue for early access.


16:30 – Regular Transfer Group

Arrival approx. 17:00–17:30 before gates open.


Post-Concert – Coordinated pickup & return to hotel (approx. 00:30–01:30).

Day Four

27 June – Departure Day

• Staggered airport transfers based on flight times

• Assistance in hotel lobby

  • Decide which vibe suits your trip best. We offer two primary packages for our Madrid tours:

    • The Standard Tier: Focuses on the essentials—4-star accommodation, personal guides, and all necessary transfers (Airport & Venue).

    • The Premium Tier: For the "All-Kill" experience. Includes everything in Standard plus cultural excursions, a traditional Flamenco show, and dedicated guides for your sightseeing days.

  • Connect with us through your preferred channel to check if your desired dates (June 24–28) are still open.

    • Channels: DM us on Instagram or Facebook, send an Email, or give us a Phone call.

    • Details to provide: Mention your group size and which concert you are attending so we can coordinate your venue transfers.

  • Once we confirm availability, we will send over your booking summary.

    Important Note: Take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions. To keep our prices competitive for fans, all services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable (unless an extra administrative fee is applied and third-party providers approve). We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance!

  • To lock in your 4-star hotel and private transport, full payment (or a specified deposit) is required. Because K-pop events in Madrid are high-demand, spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment is processed, you'll receive your official Miaoew Tours Confirmation.

  • Once you’re booked, the hard part is over.

    • We will provide you with the contact details of your Personal Guide.

    • Closer to your arrival on June 24, we’ll send a final "Welcome Kit" with pickup instructions and tips for navigating the Madrid concert scene.
